Return & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Period: We only issue 1 exchange opportunity. You can request a return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. Please share video of you opening the products to ensure a return/exchange. 

Reverse Pick-up Service: Reverse Pick-up is Available with a fee of Rs 100 per order. For example, if your order has 3 products, the reverse pick-up will cost Rs 100 only. 

Reverse Pick-up Attempts: Limited to two. If unsuccessful, items must be sent back by the customer, depending on service availability by area pin code.

Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition. Items in poor or used condition will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Time: 7 days for the return to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
